1. Order Acceptance
• All Orders placed online will be processed by our dedicated Customer Service Specialist as quickly as possible.
• Online customers will receive an official Proforma Invoice from TAPS & MORE, indicating all related Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment
• All Orders must be paid in advance by bank transfer or by payment link upon request.
3. Shipping
• Areas Dubai, Abu Dhabi City, Sharjah City :
Free shipping is applicable for portable items when purchasing a minimum of AED 1,000.
A fee of AED 100 will be applied for order values below AED 1,000 for portable items.
For non-portable items, we recommend that you collect your order from our Regional Distribution Centre in Warsan 3, Dubai.
Portable items include taps, bathroom accessories, angle valves, and other items that can easily be transported by courier.
For bulk orders, TAPS & MORE recommends collection of items from our Regional Distribution Centre by your nominated Contractor so that all items can be checked and inspected at time of collection.
4. Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no missing components. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be undamaged, so as to be re-sellable.
Any returned items and their packaging, will be thoroughly be inspected by our dedicated quality control personnel.
Items that have been purchased directly from Taps and More Trading LLC can be returned within 14 days together with original TAPS & MORE Invoice.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Special priced or discounted items cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty timeframes vary from brand to brand and product to product. Warranty is applicable only if the products purchased from us are installed and maintained properly. Furthermore, product warranty is only valid against manufacturing defect and warranty takes effect from our invoice date to you:

After Sales Service : A call out fee of AED 500 + VAT is applicable when assistance is required at project site by the buyer or their contractor, unless a manufacturing defect is identified by our After Sales Service Engineers.
6. Product Care
Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring agents, organic solvents or acidic cleaners, lime scale removers, household vinegar or cleaners containing acetic acid for cleaning purposes.
We recommend the use of a soft cloth, normal soap and water for metallic and / or items with special finishes / colors.
7. Logistics Fees & Applicable Penalties
Any orders not collected within 21 days from invoice date are subject to storage fees of AED 100 per day thereafter, and said storage fees must be paid in full at time of collection of applicable goods. The applicable penalties will not be waivered under any circumstance, unless agreed to in writing by TAPS & MORE Management.
8. Force Majeure
TAPS & MORE shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations resulting from an act of God, war, fire, floods, civil disturbance, government action, traffic or shipping disturbances, unforeseeable reduced production, strike, lock out, unforeseeable shortages of labour, trade dispute or any event which is beyond TAPS & MORE’s control.
Should any such event occur, TAPS & MORE reserves the right to cancel or suspend supply of material without incurring any liability for any loss or damage to customer, and will refund payment received from customer in the event TAPS & MORE is unable to supply the material for reasons described above.
